Overview

Starting Point Recruitment is an established employment agency with more than 20 years’ history, serving businesses and job seekers across Birmingham, Walsall and the wider West Midlands.

With new offices in Birmingham, the business was entering a new phase of growth — but its website had never been built as a growth tool. The aim was more direct visibility, broader commercial reach and less reliance on Government-led contracts.

We modernised the brand online, protected two decades of local search authority and have grown its visibility month on month since.
