2. The information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on our website (for example to request a free SEO review or send an enquiry), email us or call us, we may collect:

• your name and company name
• your email address and phone number
• your website address
• the services you are interested in and any details you include in your message

If you become a client, we will also hold the contact, billing and project information needed to deliver our services, along with any access details you choose to share with us so we can work on your website, hosting or marketing accounts.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and running properly. Our website also records the addresses of any pages that could not be found so that we can fix broken links; these records do not include your IP address.
